If you are not satisfied with our support or your concern has not been answered as desired, you should first inform your supporter in the ticket or discord and explain what triggered your dissatisfaction.
If this does not help either, you can contact us at any time by email (support@bero-host.de) and describe your concern in more detail. This will also be read by the management, who can then influence your problem more closely.
Nevertheless, you should remember that even our support are only human and we all learn from mistakes.
