All our products are equipped with DDoS protection. Currently, this bandwidth can withstand up to 750 Gbit/s. However, please note that in the case of DDoS attacks, it's not just about the bandwidth, but rather the type of attack.

All products are automatically set up by the system after your order. Therefore, your ordered product should be online within a few minutes. If the product is not set up after 15 minutes, please contact support.

All servers are located in Frankfurt am Main in the Maincubes FRA01 data center and are connected to the switch with 2 x 10 Gbit/s.

If you are not satisfied with our support or if your request has not been answered as desired, you should first inform your supporter in the ticket or Discord and explain what caused your dissatisfaction.

If you are unsure before purchasing one of our products, you can naturally test them for a short period of time free of charge. Since setting up each product manually requires a certain amount of effort, we can only provide test products after a previous justification.

We exclusively use certified server hardware, which is designed for continuous operation.

At the present time, BERO-HOST.DE does not offer colocation as such services are always associated with contract terms. With BERO-HOST.DE, we want to continue working on a PrePaid basis and stay away from obligations for you as a customer.

The Teamspeak servers will be automatically set up by the system after your order. Therefore, your Teamspeak server should be online within a few minutes. If it is not online after 15 minutes, please contact Support.

Unfortunately, this is not possible due to the rights available at that time. With the help of the Admin Server Query rights, you gain access to the entire TeamSpeak 3 instance, where of course other customers are accommodated.

1. Connect to your Teamspeak 3 Server. 2. Make sure you are a member of the "Server Admin" group. 3. Click on the "Extras" -> "ServerQuery Login" menu item in Teamspeak. 4. In the following pop-up window, enter an arbitrary name. 5. After confirming, you will also receive your password via a pop-up window.

Since BERO-HOST.DE operates on a prepaid concept, you do not need to cancel a product.

You can top up your credit with us to an unlimited amount. No limit is set for you in this respect. Individual transactions may be limited, however, we have no control over this. It is sensible, however, to only top up as much credit as is necessary for the order of your product. Please also note that once paid-in credit cannot be paid out again.
